Monivent has been granted its first patent in the US for technical solutions in the company's disposable components. The patent protects the mask adapter that enables robust measurement of pressure and flow during manual ventilation of newborns. The corresponding patent has previously been approved by the Swedish Patent and Registration Office and the European Patent Office. The US market constitutes approximately 45 percent of the global market for products in neonatal respiratory care.
