Coloplast interim CEO lars rasmussen has announced that he will not stand for re-election as a director at the Annual General Meeting on December 4, 2025. Rasmussen has worked for Coloplast for almost four decades, including 10 years as CEO and 7 years as Chairman of the Board. He will continue as interim CEO until a new CEO is in place. The Board proposes Niels B. Christiansen as the new chairman of the Annual General Meeting.
