BrainCool has successfully transitioned to fully automated injection molding for half of its disposable products. The change has reduced manufacturing costs for consumables by 33 percent compared to the first quarter of 2024. The company is targeting a total cost reduction of 45 percent by 2026. The efficiency gains have been made possible through increased automation and technical process improvements, including the integration of injection molding and gluing robots into production.
