Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Novus Med Holdings Limited, a leading niche distributor of endoscopic surgical technology and patient positioning systems solutions in the UK. Novus Med has 12 employees and generated revenues of approximately SEK 80 million in the most recent financial year ending June 2025. The acquisition is an add-on acquisition to HSL Group and is expected to contribute positively to the Group's EBITA margin.
