Alligator Bioscience has decided on a rights issue of units of approximately SEK 120 million, subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting on November 25. The issue is covered by 65 percent of subscription commitments and guarantee commitments. The capital will be used to support the partnership process for mitazalimab and other projects. The company has also raised a bridge loan of SEK 17 million and renegotiated an existing loan from Fenja Capital.
