Biovica International has completed its rights issue, which was subscribed to 87,5 percent, corresponding to approximately SEK 70 million. The remaining 12,5 percent will be allocated to top issue guarantors. Through a directed issue to anchor investors, an additional SEK 42,1 million will be raised. In total, the company will be raised approximately SEK 122,2 million before issue costs. The subscription period ended on August 1, 2025.
