BiBBInstruments announces that Henry Ford St. John Hospital in Detroit has presented the first American case series with EndoDrill GI for endoscopic ultrasound-guided liver biopsies. The study included four patients and showed that the electrically powered 17G instrument provided diagnostic tissue samples in all cases. Dr. Mohammed Barawi led the evaluation which was presented at a regional medical conference. BiBB is preparing for launch in the US together with the distributor TaeWoong Medical USA later this year.
