Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Scan Modul International Holding BV The company is a leading provider of solutions for smart and secure logistics in hospitals. Scan Modul was founded in 1912 and has 110 employees in over ten countries with sales of approximately SEK 400 million in 2024. The acquisition is expected to contribute positively to the Group's EBITA margin and will be completed on July 3, 2025.
