Fleries and Toleranzia merger approved
The general meetings of Flerie and Toleranzia have approved the merger plan for a merger. Flerie's annual general meeting has decided to issue ordinary shares as merger consideration to Toleranzia's shareholders. The merger means that Toleranzia will be dissolved and its assets and liabilities will be transferred to Flerie. Registration of the merger is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2025.
